During the swearing-in ceremony, Aiyedatiwa charged the commissioners to uphold the administration’s commitment to transparency, service delivery, and good governance.

He also issued a warning to their close associates, urging them not to exert undue influence on the new appointees.

“To your family members, friends, and associates, I offer congratulations and a word of caution.

“While we appreciate their support, they must not put the new appointees under undue pressure by soliciting unnecessary favours,” the governor said.

He reminded the commissioners that their responsibilities go beyond their immediate constituencies and must reflect the interest of the entire state.
