Actress Rachael Okonkwo sparks engagement buzz with proposal video

Nollywood actress, Rachel Okonkwo, popularly known as Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, has sparked excitement online after a video showing her wearing an engagement ring and holding a bouquet of flowers went viral on social media.

In the video circulating online, the actress is seen displaying her engagement ring while holding a bouquet of red roses.

She also expressed excitement, saying, “I’m blushing, and I’m shy.”

The development has drawn congratulatory messages from fans, friends and colleagues.

Her friend and associate, Blessing Nwankwo, shared congratulatory messages on Instagram, celebrating what she described as the right time for the actress.

“Okwa ifugo God’s time ehh… It’s d best. @rechaelokonkwo waited until NOW. Yes. I will say it louder n LOUDER. She waited n God DID it for her. NOW. If u are believing God for a miracle, just wait. It will happen. Congratulations my dearest daughter. It’s ur season. Rock it,” Nwankwo wrote.

In another post, she wrote, “God’s time is TRULY d best. l’ve always been proud of u n u know it. This is d doing of d Lord. Go gir!!!!. Go get it done. I trust u. Hugs n kisses. God bless you n our dearest in law.”

Another associate, Mumi Zaine, also expressed joy in a comment, recalling how she had hoped the actress would find a suitable partner.

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph also reacted to the development, writing, “We have a wedding to plan.”

Okonkwo, who gained popularity for her role in the film Nkoli Nwa Nsukka, has built a strong following in the Nigerian film industry.
