“Social media is a tool. It can be used to build, connect, and inspire, or it can become a toxic space. My dos are to be authentic, protect your energy, and use the platform wisely. My don’ts are to avoid oversharing, seeking validation, or letting online negativity control you,” she emphasised.

"Cyberbullying is cruel and can be mentally exhausting. People hide behind screens to project their insecurities onto others. My advice is to block, delete, and move on. Engaging only gives them power. At the same time, it is important to build real-life support systems so that social media does not become your only world” she offered.
