The Tropical General Investment Young Professionals Program is part of the company’s talent pipeline strategy, offering experienced candidates an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and build the required competencies necessary for future managerial/leadership roles.
The TGI Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a talent development program that offers young professionals an opportunity to deepen their knowledge, build required competencies necessary for leadership roles and realize their career ambitions.
The Program is designed to be cross-functional & cross-business rotation, experiential/practical knowledge & project activities, which would run for 6 months.
Eligibility Requirements for TGI Young Professionals Program 2026
To be considered for the TGI Young Professionals Program, you must meet the following requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other disciplines relevant to the business
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Professional certification (an added advantage)
- Graduate degree (MSc/MBA) from a reputable business school (an added advantage)
- Completed NYSC
- Maximum age of 27 years
- CV must contain comprehensive and relevant information about the applicant
