Lagos plans quiz competition
The Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau is preparing to launch the Governor’s Milestone Quiz Competition to test students’ knowledge about Lagos and offer rewards.
According to a statement made available, the competition, which is in partnership with the Ministry of Information and Strategy, is aimed at expanding the scope of students’ knowledge of the achievements of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration.
The statement urged interested participants to visit the official website of the programme and equip themselves with some of the historical and landmark events across the five divisions of the state.
The quiz competition, which will run online for four weeks starting from November 1, 2025, is designed to promote awareness, inspire young people, and encourage academic excellence.
“Also, winners who answer the highest number of multiple-choice questions within the set timeframe will be announced every week.
“Meanwhile, fantastic prizes such as computer tablets, headsets, smart wristwatches, tote bags, and many consolation gifts are up for grabs,” the statement said.
