Indian billionaire, Prateek Suri spotted horse riding in London

Billionaire businessman Prateek Suri was recently in London, United Kingdom, where he visited iconic racecourses and spent time with thoroughbred stallions at a private stable just outside the city.
Before making a name for himself in corporate circles, Suri, who is the brain behind the Maser Group and MDR Investments, was already making quiet strides in equestrian leisure, often seen attending elite horse racing events in Ascot and Newbury during his college years in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Dressed sharply in tailored weekend wear, the tech tycoon was seen enjoying the company of high-breed stallions, discussing bloodlines and training regimens with trainers, and even taking a light trot himself.
Meanwhile, Society Plus gathered that Suri’s love for horses is more than a passing hobby. Over the years, he has been quietly investing in equestrian assets across the UK, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa, signalling a long-term vision that marries lifestyle with legacy. It was also gathered that his family office is exploring the development of Africa’s first luxury equestrian estate, blending sport, wellness, and luxury housing.
This comes after a streak of high-profile achievements; from steering Maser to become one of Africa’s biggest unicorns, to masterminding Africa’s largest luxury teakwood acquisition in 2025.
His return to British turf may also hint at broader lifestyle branding ambitions. It was learnt that the businessman is in talks to launch a luxury horse gear and equestrian fashion line, blending African craftsmanship with European elegance.
