Razak Daddah Campaign Council: Central Committee Strengthen APC Mobilisation As Council Meets APTUWECON, NASCHO, Tricycle Association In Ijebu Central

The Central Committee Heads of the Razak Daddah Campaign Council have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening party unity and mobilising support for all All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates across Ijebu Central Federal Constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The commitment was reinforced during a strategic meeting involving the Central Committee Heads, Directors and Advisers of the campaign council, as well as subsequent engagements with representatives of APTUWECON, NASCHO and the Tricycle Association, among other groups in the constituency.

In a bid to consolidate the campaign's mobilisation strategy, the Central Committee  Heads, alongside directors and advisers, earlier met with the Campaign Committee Chairman, Hon. Dapo Okubadejo, Chief Economic Adviser to the Governor of Ogun State and Honourable Commissioner for Finance, at his residence in GRA.

The meeting provided an opportunity for robust discussions on the need for unity, effective coordination and collective responsibility among the committee's leadership in ensuring the success of APC candidates across the constituency and beyond.

The Central Committee Heads through its DG emphasised the importance of working together to mobilise eligible voters and secure support for all APC candidates, from the presidential and governorship candidates to the senatorial, House of Representatives, and State House of Assembly candidates within the relevant constituencies.

The campaign council subsequently extended its engagement to various associations and stakeholders, presenting its political blueprint and appealing for support for the party's candidates in Ijebu Central Federal Constituency and Ogun State.

Addressing party faithful and representatives of the Association of Alaga Iduro, Alaga Ijoko, the Ogun State branch of the Association of Hairdressers and Tricycle Riders in Ijebu-Ode Local Government Area, the Campaign Director-General, Hon. Kehinde Odeneye, a former two-term member of the House of Representatives, underscored the strategic importance of the Central Committee in driving the campaign's objectives.

Hon. Odeneye called on the associations to support APC candidates in the forthcoming elections, stressing the need for sustained grassroots mobilisation, cooperation and collective participation in the party's electoral efforts.

In their separate responses, representatives of the associations welcomed the campaign council's engagement and expressed appreciation for the assurances presented through the Director-General. They also recalled Hon. Odeneye's record during his tenure in the House of Representatives, particularly his engagement with constituents and commitments to empowerment initiatives.

The associations expressed their readiness to work with the campaign council and mobilise support for APC candidates within their respective areas ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The event attracted several party stakeholders and campaign committee members from the three local government areas that make up Ijebu-Central Federal Constituency; Ijebu-Ode, Odogbolu and Ijebu North-East.

The engagements underscore the Razak Daddah Campaign Council's efforts to strengthen its internal leadership structure, deepen stakeholder relationships and promote coordinated grassroots mobilisation in support of APC candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.
