Popular Ibadan clergyman, Elder (Prince) Adewuyi Aderibigbe, has expressed gratitude to God for his four decades of service to humanity and the music industry. He made this declaration during a thanksgiving service held on Sunday at The Apostolic Church, Nigeria, Challenge Area Headquarters, Ibadan.
Fondly known as Prince Aderibigbe, he has had an illustrious career performing with several renowned bands, including Mojeed Amao & His Fuji Band, Akeem Peledona & His Peledona Fuji Music, The Shina & His Superior Band, and Biodun Fatoke & His Band. He has also spent decades as a member of Dr. Yinka Ayefele & His Merry Makers Band, where he continues to make an impact.
Dr. Yinka Ayefele, a celebrated Juju and gospel musician, is widely recognized for his philanthropic contributions and influence in the music industry. Prince Aderibigbe, on the other hand, is known not only for his professionalism but also for his dedication to spreading the gospel and serving humanity.
Reflecting on his journey, Prince Aderibigbe expressed deep gratitude to God for preserving his life and guiding him through the challenges of his musical career. He emphasized that his thanksgiving is limitless, acknowledging God's grace through the years.
During the service, Pastor G.O. Ogunwale, Challenge area superintendent, who delivered the sermon, attributed Aderibigbe’s success and longevity to the power of the Holy Spirit. He encouraged the congregation to seek the Holy Spirit in their lives to overcome challenges and obstacles.
