Hon. Adewunmi Oluwafemi Akinlawon is one of the brightest emerging young leaders from Yewa North; a son of Imasayi whose journey reflects resilience, innovation, and a heart committed to service.

A proud product of Tai Solarin University of Education, Akinlawon holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, grounding him in the world of technology, systems thinking, and future-driven solutions.
He understands the power of digital inclusion and the urgent need to equip rural communities for the opportunities of tomorrow.

Professionally, he has walked both the private and public paths.
At the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC), he served as Network System Assistant Manager; leading system upgrades, strengthening cybersecurity, and improving critical infrastructure. These are hands-on experiences he hopes to translate into policies that address electrification gaps, technology access, and youth-driven innovation.

Akinlawon also built strong political and administrative insight through his role as a Media Assistant in the Office of the Governor of Ogun State, and as a media consultant to organizations across the region. His engagement with ICT centers and youth programs further deepened his connection to grassroots needs and community voices.

Today, he stands as a grassroots mobilizer, a tech-savvy reformer, and a forward-thinking advocate for Yewa North Constituency I.
His mission is clear:
