Before his current role as Managing Consultant of AquaEarth, Kaine, in 15 years, has led and de-risked over 100 projects and operations in the Upstream Energy, Infrastructure & Utilities Value Chain.
Kaine’s experience footprint traverses much of Nigeria, selected countries in West and East Africa, South Africa including practice collaborations in Europe, USA, and the Middle East.
The Delta State- born Edike incorporated AquaEarth Consulting, a professional Risk advisory firm specializing in Earth, Water, Environment, and Climate Change Consultancy in 2014 as lead partner.
AquaEarth Consulting started full operations in 2016 and now has a staff strength of over 40 employees in Lagos, Abuja, Delta, and Port Harcourt.
Since 2016 when full operation started in AquaEarth Consulting, the firm has continuously taken the lead risk advisory with client based include NNPC E&P Limited, InfraCredit, Sahara Group, Shell, Aradel Group, MTN Nigeria, Rack Centre, Equinix, Platform Petroleum, Airtel Nigeria, Olam Group, KFW German Bank, Benin Disco, ECOWAS, APM Terminals, Ekiti State Government, amongst others.
In addition, the managing consultant of AquaEarth is also seats on the board as founder of the following business startups; Afriva Limited (health & pharma), Ethiope AgroChain (agro & food packaging), Akashiede Foundation (Non-governmental organization).

Armed with a Ph.D in specializing Hydrobiology and Marine Ecology Conservation from Delta State University and advanced training from Havard University in the USA and Imperial College in the United Kingdom.
