Evang. Adekola Awosanya (Kola Jerry) Celebrates Remo People on 2025 Remo Day Celebration, Congratulates Gov. Abiodun, Akarigbo

The 2025 Remo Day Celebration has been described as a historic moment of pride, unity, and renewed commitment to the cultural heritage and collective progress of Remo land, as Evangelist Adekola Awosanya, popularly known as Kola Jerry, send his warm felicitations to the people of Remo, the Governor of Ogun State, and the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland.

Awosanya in a statement released to commemorate the occasion, through his political platform, the Kollaboration Political Mandate (KPM), lauded the people of Remo for their resilience, unity, and unwavering dedication to preserving their rich cultural values while embracing development and modern governance.

He specially congratulated His Excellency, Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun, CON, the  Governor of Ogun State, for his purposeful leadership and continued commitment to the socio-economic development of Ogun State. According to him, the Governor’s presence and support for Remo Day 2025 further underscore his administration’s respect for culture, traditional institutions, and inclusive development.

Evangelist Awosanya also congratulated and paid glowing tribute to His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, CFR, LLB, FCA, FBR, (Torungbuwa II), the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, describing him as a symbol of wisdom, peace, and cultural renaissance. He commended the monarch’s steadfast leadership and dedication to fostering unity, harmony, and pride among all sons and daughters of Remo land.

“Remo Day 2025 is more than a celebration; it is a powerful affirmation of our identity, our heritage, and our collective resolve to build a united and prosperous future,” Awosanya stated. “It reflects the strength of collaboration between traditional leadership, political leadership, and the people.”
He emphasized that the celebration aligns with the core values of the Kollaboration Political Mandate (KPM), which stands for inclusive leadership, purposeful partnership, and service to humanity, noting that such synergy remains critical to sustainable development and generational progress.

Evangelist Awosanya, a House of Assembly aspirant for Sagamu II State Constituency (Makun),  concluded by urging the people of Remo to continue to uphold the virtues of unity, loyalty, and cultural pride, while supporting initiatives that promote peace, development, and a brighter future for the land.
