Edo State Government is an inland state in western Nigeria. Its capital is Benin City. It is bounded in the north and east by Kogi State, in the south by Delta State and in the west by Ondo State.

The Edo State Public Service Commission is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, promotion, and discipline of civil servants in Edo State. Its mission includes making Edo State a leading civil service provider in Nigeria through quality recruitment, training, and welfare of both serving and retired personnel.

Requirements

• Applicants must possess any of the following qualifications registrable with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON)
• A Degree in Building or Building Technology from a recognized University
• A pass in the Final Part II Examination of the Nigerian Institute of Builders
• Candidate must not be more than 30 years of age by 5th March, 2025.

Other Requirements:

• Candidates must possess the minimum academic and professional requirements for the position applying for. Unless otherwise stated, a minimum of a second-class lower Bachelor’s degree
• Candidate must have completed the mandatory NYSC program (where applicable), Additional educational or professional qualifications may be an added advantage.
• Candidate must also be computer literate, technology savvy
• Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in teams.
• Candidates must not be more than 40 years of age by 31st January, 2025.
