Ogun Projects: Review Committee Calls For Submission Of Memoranda

The 11-man Committee set up by the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun to review all contracts between 2009 and 2019 in the state has called for submission of relevant documents from concerned contractors and consultants.

The submission was aimed at enabling the Committee recommended a frame work that would ensue continuity of projects between the past and succeeding administrations with a view to ensure accountability and responsibility in governance.

In a statement signed by the Secretary of the Review Committee, Engr. Sunday Lekan Adeyemi indicated that the affected contractors and other stakeholders within the stipulated period should forward their submission to the Secretariat latest by Wednesday, September 18, 2019.

Documents to be submitted include contract documents, letter of award, acceptance letter and contract agreement.

The Statement added that three hard copies of the memoranda should be submitted in sealed envelope to the secretary, Contracts and Projects Review Committee, Room 247, Block C, State Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
