Ogun NUJ Honours Kenny Bello With Award Of Excellence

The Federated Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ogun State Council has
honoured Hon Kehinde Bello, a top-notch politician and founder of Kehinde Ayodeji Foundation (KAF) with its prestigious Award of Excellence.

Kenny Bello who aspired to represent Ijebu East/Ijebu North/Ogun Waterside federal constituency during the build up to 2019 general elections under All Progressives Congress (APC) was said to have been honoured for his commitment towards youth empowerment and for always seeking for improved welfare of the people.

Part of Kenny Bello’s citation read at the at the event described the graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Ago Iwoye who now lives in Los Angeles, California as a fast rising entrepreneur in auto business and properties and one of the few Nigerians to watch out for in business world in not too distant future.

He was also described as a progressive politician with large heart and whose major concern to build a prosperous Nigeria that will ultimately impact positively on the quality of life Nigerians are living in the country.

Reacting to the honour bestowed on him, Kenny Bello said “I remain grateful to Ogun journalists for endorsing our little efforts to make the country far better and prosperous for us all with this award. It’s a testimony to the fact that we are doing our bit too as we all desire a country we can all be proud of.

“Issues of support for education of our youths, their empowerment and well-being of our mothers, our women and our fathers are what we take as priority in our foundation. God helping us, we will do better in the coming year because this award has further confirmed that our little sacrifice has been a thing of joy to the people of the state. I sincerely thank Federated Chapel, Ogun NUJ for this award, may almighty God reward you all”.
