KEHINDE BELLO: AN INNATE PROPENSITY FOR POLITICAL WILL

There is a saying that says where there is a will, there will always be a way”

The question is, what will? And which way? It is the will for politics as it concerns the governance and leadership of the people in the nation. And it is the way towards position of governance and leadership managing the strategies in essence, the opportunity that politics gives. For Hon. Kehinde Bello, there is a will and there is a way. Hon. Kehinde Bello hails from Ijebu-Imushin in the Ijebu-East Local Government. He has been in politics for about two years with active participation, gaining various political experiences where appropriate and reliable.

But for Hon. Kehinde Bello, the present experiences are always for him to see that things are done in the right way. Though he has not been opportune to actively represent his people, he has been supporting candidates. Driven by the desire of trusting and supporting a candidate to win an election but disappointed by the fact that when they eventually get to power, they go there to do their wish, rather than the wishes of the people in the society who they have gone to represent. He felt he possess the sufficient moral capacity to contest for a political post and win and thereafter, give the people who he represents, a credible and worthy representation which they can be proud of; He wants to actively represent his people and put things right. Being a youth himself, Hon. Kehinde Bello believes that while energy is still there, the brain and everything at one’s disposal, it should be the best time to actively join and participate in politics, to see how the people are being governed. His encouragement is that youth should come and participate in politics.
In his goodwill to the people of Ogun State, which he vividly directs to youth in particular, is that it is time they come and be resolute and take the bull by the horns. They should not just be on social media, sitting by the road side arguing. The youth should rather come out massively and participate in politics. As a member of APC who is aspiring to represent Ijebu Federal Constituency in Ogun State, he has expressed the ideological quality of his representation. His ideology is to see that equal rights are given to citizens and no one should be discriminated against. From his investigation, there is no single project of the Federal Government in his constituency, so he is looking towards to whenever he would be able to attract Federal Government projects to his constituency.
Hon. Kehinde Bello strongly believes in the development of his constituency and in a strong will of advocacy, clearly states that whatever affects his constituency affects Nigeria as a whole. He is ever ready to attend and serve his people come 2019.
