Akeem Akilo Congratulates Hon. Bukola Olopade on Appointment as Director-General, National Sports Commission

Comrade Akeem Temitope Akilo, a Chairmanship aspirant in the just concluded APC local government chairmanship primary elections in Ogun State, warmly congratulated Hon. Bukola Olopade on his well-deserved appointment as Director-General, National Sports Commission by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Hon. Olopade, a seasoned sport administrator with many years of experience, served as the former Commissioner for Youth and Sport in Ogun State under the administration of former Governor Gbenga Daniel.

His dedication and contributions to sports development have been instrumental in shaping Nigeria’s sports sector.

Akilo in his congratulatory message said “I am excited to see Hon. Olopade’s efforts recognized by President Tinubu, his appointment is a confirmation of his tireless work in promoting sports growth and development in Nigeria.”
