100 days in office: Ogun looks set for greater future under Abiodun -Ajayi

A chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun state and one of the ruling party’s leaders in Sagamu local government, Chief Abiodun David Ajayi has lauded the the performance of Prince Dapo Abiodun, the governor of the state in office in the last 100 days saying that the governor has left nobody in doubt that the state look set for greater future.

Chief Abiodun David Ajayi gave this commendation in a chat with our Correspondent.

The foremost politician commended the governor for the ongoing township roads rehabilitation which had been long abadoned by the immediate past government saying this only supported the fact that Prince Abiodun was in power to serve the people’s interest and not to please himself 

Chief Ajayi said ” I must tell you that I am quite satisfied with the success recorded under the visionary leadership of Prince Dapo Abiodun in the last 100 days. He has tackled insecurity very pragmatically such that all the kidnap cases had been foiled while also setting up reinvigorated security trust fund”.

“The governor has also brought back the good old days of OGROMA now called Ogun Public Works Agency which has been doing great jobs across the state to fix our township roads which due to neglect had become death traps”.

“Prince Abiodun has also demonstrated strong desire to take over Sagamu-Ikorodu road project, that of Ijebu Ode to Epe and Abeokuta-Sango expressway. The governor has also launched jobs portal for the unemployed which the government wished to use to fix its unemployed youths while preparation are also in top gears to empower over 40000 farmers”.

“Prince Abiodun, according to reports has also approved rehabilitation of 236 primary schools among others. The governor has no doubt in his first hundred days in office been laying solid foundation and like I have repeatedly declared, Prince Abiodun will truly run government that will serve the people’s interest. The best we can all do is to further cooperate and support the governor in his quest to make life really meaningful for the people of the state
